The Angry Millionaire

About

Johnathon Brady, The Angry Millionaire, grew up in a little town outside Dayton, Ohio.  After barely making it out of high school, Johnathon joined the U.S. Navy and served his country for 10 years.  Being a Navy Sailor, Johnathon came to love the different countries and cultures he experienced.  He lived outside of Tokyo, Japan for 3 years and has traveled all over the world.  Johnathon currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and daughter.  Johnathon blogs about his money, life, projects, reviews and his experiences driving part-time for Uber and Lyft.

How it all began…

At the age of 38 years old, Johnathon was living life like most people…on cruise control!  Then one day, a financial wake up call came knocking on his door.  As he was opening up his month credit card bill, he started to wonder how much debt he had compared to how much he had for retirement.  Johnathon started writing down all of his debt.  The numbers we terrifying.  Johnathon was in debt over $120,000.  What made matters worse, it was mostly consumer loan debt!  Credit cards, automobile and student loans were the main cause of this financial disaster.  Retirement?  Hardly.  Johnathon had barely over $10,000 saved for retirement.

At this point in his life, Johnathon came to the realization that if something wasn’t done soon about his financial affairs, he would be spending his “golden years” working.  The more time Johnathon spent looking at his financials, the more he angry he became.  How could a some-what intelligent man be so ignorant with money?  Johnathon became so angry with himself, that he vowed to get out of debt and to educate other people on how to win with money.  Thus The Angry Millionaire was born.  Follow Johnathon on his quest from debt to dollars!
